Materialization
For flooring Listone Giordano was used, while a large format ceramics manufacturer Rex by Florim Italy was used. All the systems of partition walls and wall coverings have been made in a double plaster substrate, guaranteeing perfect sound soundproofing, as well as stability and durability of space. External joinery was made in the aluminum - wood system. For the wooden bearing element of the window, as well as the processing of the inner reveals, the selected material for high-quality wood was - larch. The facade of the building was made in a combination of contact stone façade system and contact façade with a mineral layer system as a finishing where a renowned international producer named STO was used. The terraces were paved with stone and equipped with ACO type drains. The terraces’ fences were constructed with a full steel profiles handmade.
Furniture and equipment
Built-in furniture and kitchen were made of the Valcucine contract system in the manufacturing facilities of the ICG (Italian Creation Group). The elements of built-in furniture and kitchen were made of high-quality platelike materials of Cleaf type in combined patterns. High quality fittings and led lighting are installed in the furniture. Installed equipment in the kitchen is Miguel. The built-in sink is Franke with Dornbracht taps. Pouring elements in the bathroom are Dornbracht in combination with the sanitary elements Villeroy Boch and Gallasia washbasin.
Installations
Air conditioning is conducted using channel units, fan coil installed in lowered ceilings. Each apartment has its own independent external inversion unit. The equipment and installation used are Bosch, Geberit and ACO drain for the drainage systems. Apartments are equipped with video intercom. There is a possibility to install and control the curtain's engine in the façade zone. Built-in lighting in apartments is of a renowned Belgian producer Delta Light.
