Marko Škuletić (CEO Montenegro) has 20 years of experience within marine, hospitality, communication and investment fields. Over the past 15 years he was involved with the most significant real estate development projects in Montenegro. Since 2018 he is in charge of Gray International Montenegro, where he established a dedicated Real Estate and Hospitality Advisory team based in Podgorica, covering primarily Montenegro and ex Yu region.

Marko Škuletić

Eryka is a Member of the Management Board of the Gray International Poland and co-founder of the Gray International Montenegro. She is responsible for all aspects of daily operations, directing and coordinating actions across the organizations, as well as for supervising marketing and communication activities. She is actively involved in the largest projects run by GI in Poland, oversees commercialization, sales, and marketing strategy. Eryka holds a BSc in Management from the Warsaw University and Master of Business Administration degree from CMT and Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Jovana Škuletić (Architect) is a young architect with a few years of experience under her belt. Her education comes from the best regional and European institutions which enabled her to work on some of the best projects and with the renowned and seasoned architects. Aside from formal education, her passions painting and photography complemented her professional development.

Her skills include architectural planning, architectural documenting, drafting site location plans, design of housing units, urban planning, quantities and estimate and 3D Modeling.

Jovana Škuletić

Andrew is an American advocate with over 35 years of experience in the USA and Poland. Prior to arriving in Poland in 1992 he practiced law in San Diego California specializing in international finance transactions. During 1992 and 1993 he was a World Bank adviser to the Polish Minister of Finance. From 1993 until 1995 he was the managing partner of the Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) tax and legal practice in Poland. In 1995 he joined CMS as the managing partner of the Warsaw office and during the following ten years he developed the office into a leading legal practice in the fields of litigation, real estate and energy and infrastructure finance employing over 150 lawyers. In 2010 he was appointed as the managing partner of all CMS offices in Central and Eastern Europe. Andrew specializes in infrastructure finance and public private partnerships (PPP) and in 2020 he has decided to join the Gray International team.

Andrew Kozlowski

Zbigniew has over 20 years’ experience in structuring the financing for sophisticated real estate transactions in Austria, Germany, and Poland. Since 2004 he has been CFO of Gray International in Poland, where he managed to build up the development pipeline projects of more than Euro 800 million. As a Head of Legal and Financial departments, Zbigniew supervised the preparation and execution of Shareholder Agreements with Investments Funds and Credit Facility Agreements with Financial Institutions involved in the Gray International development projects. As a Chief Investment Officer, he is responsible for strategic and capital planning and growing the company’s disciplined practice around investment decisions.
