Kolasin 1450
Ski resort Kolašin 1450, is the first mountain ski center in Montenegro. The resort is located at 1,450 m above sea level and is only 15 minutes away from the town of Kolasin. It is located in the most ecologically preserved region of Southeast Europe and is known for its huge amounts of snowfall in winter and a large number of sunny days in summer, which makes it an ideal place to relax at any time of year.

- In Kolašin 1450, it is envisaged to build five hotels, five residential buildings with apartments, 45 family villas, along with restaurants, maintenance facilities, rental of ski equipment, etc. and by 2023, it is planned to open 3 hotels and 4 family villas.
- Grand Chalet Hotel with its Annex will be a 4* hotel, located right next to the ski slope, with a total capacity of 116 accommodation units, including 272 beds. It is expected that the construction of this condo hotel will be completed by the end of 2022.
- In accordance with Montenegrin law, the units which are part of a condo hotel could be sold to individuals and investors. In addition to the accommodation capacities, the hotel will feature a restaurant, two commercial areas, an aperitif bar, ski rental services, and other amenities. The hotel will also be suitable for the organisation of various MICE events.
- The gross area of the hotel will be 5,922.85 m2. The gross area of the basement will be 1,298.92 m2, including technical rooms of 127.28 m2. Garage parking will be 739.25 m2, including 26 parking spaces. The reception will have an area of 15.12 m2, while the lobby will have an area of 109.45 m2.

Thanks to the altitude from 1450 to 1973 m, the ski area is an air spa and an excellent tourist destination for vacation all year round. The impressive slopes of the Bjelasica mountain, the town of Kolašin, the Biogradska gora National Park, the crystal clear rivers Tara and Morača, the nearby mountain lakes are just a part of the unique natural wealth for which this area is known.
The main hotel
The main hotel building includes 65 apartment units, ranging in size from 37.36 m2 to 83.92 m2. In addition to accommodation capacity, the hotel will contain a restaurant of 240.24 m2 with a terrace of 146.87 m2, two retail space for rent of 39.40 m2, aperitif bar, ski rooms, etc. suitable for various MICE event functions.
The annex
The annex will consist of 51 apartment units, ranging in size from 31.43 m2 to 143.25 m2. The gross area of the building will be 5058.1 m2. The gross construction area of the basement will be 971.7 m2, including technical premises 69.5 m2. Garage parking will be 580.26 m2 in size, including 21 parking spaces. Considering the hotel’s natural surroundings, special attention has been paid to its appearance and the materials used in its construction, focusing on blending the exterior in with the natural environment.
