- Our story began in 2008, when Lustica Development first launched the Luštica Bay project on the spectacular Luštica Peninsula.
- There are three international airports nearby; Tivat (10km) only a 15-minute drive away, Podgorica, Montenegro’s capital (90km) and Ćilipi, a short drive from Croatia’s coastal town of Dubrovnik (46km). All three airports operate both scheduled and charter flights with additional facilities for private aircraft. With direct flight connections across Europe, Luštica Bay is within a three-hour flight from most European cities.

Authenticity and sustainability
The development of our town reflects our core vision of working with sustainable practices ensuring environmental conservation. Meticulous care has been taken in preserving existing archaeological sites and respecting the indigenous landscape. Spanning 690 hectares, no more than 10% of the site will be developed and we use regional construction materials to reduce carbon footprint. Luštica Bay also made benchmarks by hosting the first Tesla destination chargers in Montenegro to serve electric cars.

Future plans
The future looks bright for Luštica Bay. The masterplan envisages a town centre in the resort’s neighbourhood of Centrale, more than 1,000 residences, over 500 private villas and townhouses, 7 hotels, 2 marinas, and a 18-hole golf course. The infrastructure will include a school and medical centre together with further expansion of Luštica Bay’s premium amenities.
